The provincial authorities of Dong Nai have begun resettlement plans for
residents affected by the project to built an international airport in
the province''s Long Thanh District, which is scheduled for completion in
2020.
The Government wants to encourage public-private partnership (PPP)
co-operation in infrastructure projects, said Deputy Prime Minister
Hoang Trung Hai during a pre-application conference yesterday in Ha Noi.
